Did you know that you can earn points when dining at any Lafrance Hospitality restaurant? You get 1 point per dollar spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages and can redeem 200 points for $10 off your next bill!
Lafrance Restaurants Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions:
Participation: By participating in the Lafrance Restaurants Loyalty Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Earning Points: Customers can earn 1 point for every dollar spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages at any of our restaurants. Points cannot be earned on alcoholic beverages. Points cannot be earned on catering or party orders, events, or on Holiday takeout orders. Points can only be earned when dining in, ordering takeout by phone, or ordering takeout on our website. You must provide your server with your loyalty phone number before paying for your order in order to earn points.
Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for discounts or rewards on eligible food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases only. Points cannot be redeemed for alcoholic beverages as per Massachusetts law.
Point Expiration: Points earned in the Lafrance Restaurants Loyalty Program will expire two years from the date they were earned. Expired points will be automatically deducted from the customer's loyalty account.
Account Management: Customers are responsible for managing their loyalty accounts, including updating personal information and tracking points. Lafrance Restaurants is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of loyalty accounts.
Program Modifications: Lafrance Restaurants reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our website, email, or other appropriate channels.
Privacy: By participating in the Loyalty Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Square Privacy Policy.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts.
